Boat Maintenance Technician

We Are Looking for Experienced Team Members for Sailing Yachts

As the Sailfleet family, we are seeking experienced team members for our growing structure in the maritime industry, specifically with hands-on experience on sailing yachts. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintenance, repair, and mechanical troubleshooting of sailing yachts

  • Strong technical knowledge and manual skills

  • Minimum high school graduate

  • Completed military service (for male candidates)

  • Team player with strong communication skills and openness to learning

  • Active driver (preferably with a class B license)

  • Resident of the Fethiye area with no transportation issues to Ece Saray Marina

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Russian, or German

Yacht Charter Assistant

We Are Looking for a Yacht Charter Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Yacht Charter Assistant to join our Charter Department, which offers sailing yacht rental services in the unique bays of the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

General Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Preferably fluent in a second foreign language (German, French, or Russian is a plus)

  • Available for domestic and international travel; able to represent our company at events and exhibitions

  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills, friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented

  • Able to take responsibility in customer relations and sales processes

  • Strong time management and disciplined in task follow-up

  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Job Description:

  • Responding to reservation requests and inquiries via email and phone

  • Maintaining constant communication with clients during the charter process and providing guidance

  • Preparing offers by checking yacht availability

  • Coordinating with domestic and international agencies

  • Supporting the charter team in operational processes
